14-day return policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please login onto your account via the website. Select the order that you want to return. You can also just select one item of this order. Then select the reason of return. After confirmation, we will create a return label with the same transporter that you selected for delivery and send it via e-mail. The cost for the return is for the customer and will be deducted from the total amount that is refunded. 

Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items 

Sale items or gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned. 

Exchanges 

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and buy the new item separately once the return has been accepted. 

14-day statutory cooling-off period in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit your refund. Please contact us at info@dreamsofmyla.com if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
